By using the App, you represent that you are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are under 13 years of age (or under 16 in certain EU jurisdictions), you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent to use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription with additional functionality. The details of what is included in each tier are described within the App.
All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and billing policies. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Google Play to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency disclosed at the time of purchase.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged accordingly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that date.
If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by starting to use the premium features before the 14-day period expires, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before using any premium features, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
Outside of the EU withdrawal right described above, refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. For issues related to the App specifically, contact us at [email protected].
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change via in-app notification. Your continued subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

We are not liable for any decisions made based on the App's identification results.
All content within the App — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, text, AI models, databases, and mineral information — is owned by or licensed to Vadim Kuznetsov and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any photos you take or upload. By uploading a photo to the App, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that image solely for the purpose of providing the identification service. This license ends when the image is deleted from our servers (immediately after processing).
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.
The App integrates third-party services including Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable EU or national law that cannot be excluded by contract.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VADIM KUZNETSOV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) €50 / $50 USD.
These limitations do not apply to liability arising from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under EU law or the law of your country of residence that cannot be limited by contract.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vadim Kuznetsov from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, which cannot be overridden by these Terms.
We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to resolve any disputes informally. EU residents may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App and may cancel your subscription.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vadim Kuznetsov regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
